You can rest assure that your money is in safe hands; Moneycorp is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we’re one of the UK’s fastest growing foreign exchange companies, serving our customers for over 30 years.

Take a little more money than you think you'll need. If you run out while you're away, topping up your cash can be tricky – especially as some foreign banks close over the weekend. And then there's all the extra charges...
If you do end up using a bureau de change overseas – haggle! If you ask for a discount, you may well get one.
What's the first thing you'll need cash for when you land? Probably a taxi. So, make sure you understand the tipping system and take a suitable amount of small notes – you won't want to tip your hotel porter €50!
Don't keep all of your cash in one place. Pick-pocketing in busy tourist areas is common – and if you're unlucky enough to have your money stolen, you won't want to lose the whole lot in one go. Leave most of your cash in a hotel safe, or take travellers cheques for extra security.
Banks and credit card companies will often block overseas card transactions, if you forget to tell them you're going away. It's always worth taking some extra cash, just in case.

Leftover currency? No problem. If you bought it from us in the first place, we'll buy it back, commission free, at any of our branches.

Simply present your Moneycorp receipt at any of our bureaux de change with your remaining currency to take advantage of this offer. Click here to find your nearest branch.
